parse comment by selected languages when it recall not make page that is
displayed. and when number of comment that parsed by selected language
is too little(less then 100), load more comment up to 500.

modify code to can seperate comment by selected language. and correct e-
rror that when go to next comment page selected language is not applied.
and modify code to allow videoURL to remain after the page moves.

modify papago.js import to require. add comment language(lang) in commen
tList by require papago.js in CommentLoadingTest.

because youtube provides tow form of URL that one is actually expressed
in browser the other is URL provided by video sharing feature, for user
convenience, made it possible to extract videoNum whatever form of URL w
e put in the textbox.

correct error : load page asynchronous

correct error : clear comment list when load new URL of video
